One of the best parts of hiring a live string quartet is that your wedding music can be completely personalized.

Sometimes, though, the bride and groom don't have the same vision.

What do you do when family and friends are expecting a traditional processional, but your dream is to walk down the aisle to a modern love song?

You don't have to choose just one.

That's exactly what Abigail and Benjamin did.

Benjamin loved the timeless elegance of Pachelbel's Canon in D, while Abigail envisioned walking down the aisle to "Can't Help Falling in Love." Rather than picking one favorite over the other, we combined both into a seamless string quartet arrangement inspired by Nate Hance's creative mash-up.

The result? A beautiful new processional we call "Canon/Can't Help Mash-Up."

The arrangement begins with the familiar, classic beauty of Canon in D before naturally blending into Can't Help Falling in Love—creating a processional that feels both traditional and uniquely personal. It honored Benjamin's love of classic wedding music while giving Abigail the romantic song she had always imagined.

It's a wonderful reminder that marriage is built on compromise—but sometimes, the best compromise creates something even better than either person imagined.

We have a feeling this arrangement will become a favorite for many future couples looking to combine tradition with a modern touch.
