Lauren and Kevin chose the highly acclaimed Midland Country Club in Midland Michigan as the center point of their wedding day. The couple started the day by holding the wedding ceremony at Memorial Presbyterian Church in Midland. Though Catholic, they received permission to hold their ceremony at this gorgeous church as it would be close to the reception venue. Well known Midland community member, Dr. Rev. Wallace "Wally" Mayton officiated their wedding. They chose all classical music for the ceremony. Whether you like the fact that it's traditional or you want the most memorable moment in your lift to have an elegant backdrop, classical music is timeless and will always add beauty and emotion to the most romantic day of your life. These pieces have stood the test of time. In some cases, over 300 years!
Following the ceremony, the guests drove the short distance to The Midland Country Club which offers unique and elegant locations that are perfect for spectacular weddings and receptions. Here, the couple chose to spice things up with current covers for the guests enjoyment. The St. Andrews Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 300 guests, provided beautiful panoramic views of the golf course. It has an exceptional sound system and a dance floor.
Since planning the biggest day of your life isn't always easy, it is a must to have a host of skilled professionals that can help with floral arrangements, dinner options and all the other details. Midland Country Club has an event planning staff that is knowledgeable and experienced.
