Libby and Alex had a beautiful wedding day at the historic Detroit Yacht Club. Each time we visit the DYC, evidence of renovation and restoration of the iconic building is apparent. Under the direction of Melissa of Mel Events, the ceremony was held in front of the grand fireplace. The brides uncle, Stephen Henry officiated and Julianne Shea, Godmother of the Bride delivered a special reading.
We really enjoyed the music that Libby and Alex chose as did their guests. A mix of nostalgic romantic songs like Moon River and new ones like One Love by Bob Marley generated many smiles. We finished the night playing for the cocktail hour. The guests seemed to enjoy our version of Despacito and other current hits. Our best wishes go out to this lovely couple.
