A "Super Like" Tinder Match Leads to the Chuppah!

Updated: Jul 29

I am my beloveds and my beloved is mine. Beautiful words from Solomon for the Maddie and Drews wedding at Waldenwoods Resort and Banquet Center in Howell. It was a rainy day but Pat of Party Assurance and the couple themselves never lost hope. The weather did indeed pass and the couple were able to hold their ceremony and cocktail hour outside beside the lake.

"She is the Ying to my Yang" said Drew in the ceremony directed by Rabbi Jeffrey Fallick of the Congregation for Humanistic Judiasm. Rabbi Jeffrey discussed the chuppah, katuba and sang the seven blessings before Drew broke the class and the guests shouted "Mazel Tov!"

Maddie and Drew enjoy the Beatles and we played many of their well known songs including "Eight Days a Week" for their recessional. We laughed at the adorable inclusion of their dogs Ellie and Buddy for their signature cocktails and loved the unique wedding cake!

Several of our favorite vendors were present including Photographer Brittany Carress , Mike Staff Productions, Florist Lilly Arsenault, Bakery Tasty Layers and Shutterbooth Photo Booth.
