Steve and Kelly exchanged vows at the pergola, situated along the lovely wooded banks of the Grand River. Surrounded by a breathtaking garden and twinkling fountain together with the symphonic sounds of the Grand River, the Pergola helps create a wonderful and memorable ceremony location. Family and friends gathered to celebrate the union of this lovely couple and the creation of a new family. Steve was very involved in the selection of the music we played and chose a great mix of current hits, love songs sprinkled with a few traditional classics.
Ashley Harness, the brides sister and a United Church of Christ minister, officiated the ceremony and knowing the couple well, gave it a tender and personal touch. BA Florist brought their talents with beautiful bouquets and Amanda of Aarae Photography of Grand Rapids was there to immortalize the day's events.
We played cocktails on the patio and received lots of compliments. Even the English Inn staff sang along some of the classic rock hits. Congratulations to Steve and Kelly as they begin their lives together.
